An account is considered dormant when no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gaming activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. p9gam reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts and, after a further period of inactivity, to close the account and transfer any remaining balance to the applicable regulatory body in accordance with licensing requirements.
You may request the closure of your p9gam account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before withdrawal. Bets will be settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting authority. For cricket betting — including all PSL and Pakistan national team matches — the official result as declared by the match umpires and confirmed by the relevant cricket board will be used for settlement.
